3A molecular sieve hardly adsorbs mercaptans;

4A molecular sieves have a small adsorption capacity for mercaptans;

5A molecular sieves and 13X molecular sieves have relatively strong adsorption capacities for mercaptans. Mercaptan>H2S; the suitable regeneration temperature range of 13X molecular sieve adsorbing methyl mercaptan is 200-250℃, and the suitable regeneration temperature range of 13X molecular sieve adsorbing ethanethiol is 250-300℃, and the order of regeneration from difficult to easy is :H2S>ethanethiol>methylmercaptan.

 

13X molecular sieve has a pore size of 10A and can adsorb molecules smaller than 10A. It can be used for catalyst carrier, co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide, co-adsorption of water and hydrogen sulfide gas. It is mainly used in the drying of medicine and air compression systems. It has different specialties according to different applications. Variety.
