Ceramic foam filter

Ksourceep Brand alumina ceramic foam filter is mainly used for filtering aluminum and aluminum alloy in foundries and foundries. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and molten aluminum corrosion resistance, it can effectively remove inclusions, reduce trapped gas and provide laminar flow, thus making the filtered metal cleaner. Cleaner metal can produce higher quality castings, less scrap and fewer inclusion defects, thereby reducing costs and increasing profits.
Common sizes: 7 ", 9", 12 ", 15", 17 ", 20" and 23 ".
We offer PPI 10 to PPI 60 (PPI=per inch of pore), or we can customize the size.
About the gasket:
The edges are equipped with washers. The gasket ensures the correct and tight position of the filter in the filter box. Different types of gaskets are available, such as ceramic fiber gaskets. You can also choose not to use the gasket.
