Graphitic/Carbon ring

Detail

Graphitic/Carbon ring is made of colloidal graphite powder as the main raw material, phenolic resin as the binder, and additives such as ulopin and ethanol, which are processed by a series of processes such as ripening, drying, crushing, screening, pressing and forming, heat treatment, etc.

Its performance indicators (especially strength and hardness) are better than imported products of similar specifications by testing.

The product not only retains the high temperature resistance and high corrosion resistance of natural graphite, but also can resist hydrofluoric acid with the concentration below 48%.

It also has good corrosion resistance to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide strong acid and alkaline substances and most organic salts and solvents.

At the same time, the temperature is up to 500℃, and can withstand the neutron flow, β ray and γ ray irradiation for a long time.

Its thermal conductivity is more than twice as large as the general carbon steel, the thermal expansion coefficient is small, and the temperature resistance is good.

It replaces a large number of ferrous metals and a variety of non-ferrous metals and is a non-metallic material with excellent corrosion resistance.

The products are mainly used in propane strippers and acid gas absorbers as fillers, as well as in strong corrosion devices in ammonium base, reforming, petroleum, chemical and other industries
