Q-pack is a high-efficiency packed tower suitable for large scrubbers, gas absorbers, and gas cooling towers. 

Its low pressure drop (packing factor of 7/ft) opens up new possibilities for the design and upgrading of packed columns. 


Its flow-through structure utilizes drop tips and gas turbulence to create countless droplets, increasing the gas-liquid contact area with minimal obstruction to flow. 

Its porosity is very high, up to 96.3%, and its spatial network structure with consistent direction allows fine solid particles to pass through without blocking it. 


These advantages of washing efficiency, air flow capacity and anti-clogging ability are beyond the reach of other tower packings in the world. 


The innovative dropping point design of Q-pack greatly improves the equivalent gas/liquid contact surface; the tower radius can be smaller, the initial cost can be reduced, and the system footprint is smaller; the demisting layer is relatively reduced, and the required equipment Low investment. Higher empty tower flow rate design is allowed, the equipment tower diameter and floor area are small; the mass transfer efficiency is high, the packing height required to achieve the same efficiency is low, the void ratio is high, the pressure is reduced, and the fan energy consumption is low.
