Ksource Magic Lee had a batch of SS304 Metal PALL RING exported to Japan - August -2023.

In August 2023, Pingxiang Ksource Ms.Magic Lee exported a batch of metal random packing SUS304 Pall Ring to Japan market.

After confirm with client about the type, the size, the material, the thickness, client satisfied with our offer, and also double checked with the lead time, he needs in urgent case. Ksource this client need very special request for this cargo, that’s for de-oiling.  

After arrangement from factory production department, we made the de-oiling and did best to arrange the production and catch the earliest vessel time for our this client.

After production finished of this order, my factory QC department inspected the products for our client, we check the dimensions OD & Height, and thickness, package,weight, and appearance also do the PMI test.

For the metal products, it is very important to secure the raw material & thickness for our clients. We have the spectrum analyzer to check & secure the raw material, and we use the vernier calipers check the thickness of the material.

When talked about the package, we have several types supply to our clients, such as: Super bags put on pallet,

25kgs PP woven bags put on pallet, Metal drums put on pallet, woodcase package, etc.

For this batch of cargo,clients finally decided to use the super bags put on pallet package.

As to catch the earliest vessel, we book vessel at the first time, and thus catch the earliest vessel.
