Product Description

Glass spring packing is the priority tower packing of laboratory rectification device, is mainly used in corrosive materials, such as organic acids, and the reaction process which is not allowed to contact with the iron ion. Glass spring packing is used for research test use in organic chemical, petrochemical chemical, fine chemical, biological pharmaceutical chemical industry such as scientific research, education, and new product development.

Advantages: corrosion resistance, high filtration efficiency, low manufacturing cost.

Disadvantages: separation much less efficient than the same diameter Dixon ring packing and fenske spiral packing is low, but higher than the ceramic Raschig rings.

Product Size

Glass spring packing

 Its diameter range: 3~8mm length: 6~20mm. Diameter 4mm, length 10~20mm, bulk density: 350kg/m3, theoretical plate number: 10~20 pieces/meter is normal product.

We offer two kinds of material: one is normal glass; two is GG-17(such as Pyrex). It can be made according to customer’s requirement.
