Plastic Cascade Mini Ring is made of heat-resistant and chemical-resistant plastic includes: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). 


Plastic Cascade Mini Ring:

It was developed by British Company MTL Ltd, which also called CMR. It has not only change traditional equal length and diameter, but also cone-shaped flanging at one edge. This special structure has shorten distance which gas passing through wall's out surface, but also reduced the resistance when air passing through bed layer and increased void ratio.

The height-to-diameter ratio of the plastic Cascade Mini Ring is only half of the Pall ring, and due to the structural design of the tapered flange, the resistance of the gas passing through the bed is greatly reduced, and a large flux is ensured. Because of its structural characteristics that it has created its irreplaceable advantages. The plastics currently used mainly include polypropylene, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. However, the plastic packing is usually made of polypropylene, which has the highest usage rate.
