Product's Introduction

Plastic Conjugated Ring combines the advantages of ring packing and saddle-shaped packing. It adopts conjugated ribbed structure; both ends are crimped and have suitable aspect ratio. There is point contact between the packing or between the packing and the wall of the tower, and no stacking is produced. The pores are uniform, the resistance is small, and the orientation is arranged when the pile is piled up, so also have structured packings characteristics, and has good fluid mechanics and mass transfer properties.

Application

The maximum use temperature of plastic random packing is 280 degrees Celsius, which is widely used in the packing tower of petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries.

Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C.
