Plastic Heilex Ring is a new type of injection molding of the filler hole, it was first being developed in foreign countries out of. Later, China's such a filler were studied, and the successful development of China-made Heilex ring packing. Plastic Heilex Ring shape so that it not only has the flux, and pressure reduction and anti-corrosion resistance and good impact performance, but also has a filler would not nested, the wall flow effect of the small and the advantages of gas-liquid distribution. This applies to gas absorption packing, cooling and gas purification processes.It is a new kind of open-celled packing. Heilex ring has unique configuration, and usually made by PP injection. Plastic heilex ring enlarges its surface area and void space which contribute a lot to enhance the product performance. We can provide heilex rings in a variety of plastic, such as PP、RPP、PE、PVC、CPVC、PVDF etc.

Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) ,polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF)，The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C.
