Plastic Teller Rosette Ring is the first A.J.Teller by the United States in 1954 out of research and development, and therefore also often referred to as the garland wreath Taylor (Teller Rosette). 

This filler is composed of many ring formed around the knot, because the department can fill the gap for a higher liquid holdup, the liquid column can stay longer, thus increasing the two-phase gas-liquid contact time, improve the packing efficiency of mass transfer. 

Polypropylene packing with porosity, and pressure drop and low height of mass transfer unit, the pan-point high, vapor-liquid contact with the full, the proportion of small, high efficiency and mass are used for gas scrubbing, purifying tower.

Gas absorption, Acidic gases deabsorption system, Washing, Fertilizer production。These various plastic tower packing are widely used in petroleum and chemical,alkali chloride,gas and environmental protection industries with max. temperature of 280°.


Physical & Chemical properties

Plastic tower packing can be made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) ,polyvinyiidene fluoride (PVDF)，The temperature in media ranges from 60 Degree C to 280 Degree C.
