In this month, Ksource had export a batch of metal pall rings to UAE in the Size 16x16x0.3mm SS316L.

Ksource  Metal Pall Ring packing use of sheet metal by punching in the ring out of the wall with two rows of fenestrae with leaves.

Features:

Pall ring packing has the advantages of low pressure drop, large flux, low resistance, high separation efficiency and large operating flexibility.

*   Over 50% processing capacity larger than that of the Raschig ring.

( Under the same pressure drop) 

*   The pressure drop can be reduced by half,

Mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%.

(At the same throughput)

*  Compared with the Raschig ring, this packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, and greater operating flexibility.

*   In the same treatment, the pressure drop is 50~70% smaller than the Raschig ring,

and the tower height is also reduced.

*   The Pall ring can SAVE about 20-40% of the packing volume than the Raschig ring.
